목차 Objective Background Theory Experiment condition Results & Discussion Summary Reference 본문 1. Objective Probe를 통해 얻어진 V-I곡선을 이용하여 plasma의 특성(temperature, density 등)을 알아본다. Pressure와 방전 Gas의 변화에 따라 plasma의 특성이 어떻게 변화하는지 알아본다. Particle balance equation을 이용해 electron과 ion의 density를 구해본 후 실험값과 비교해본다.
