1. Introduction

Nowadays, environment problem is susceptible issue to most countries. It is because environmental and natural source have problem including that that the necessity of economic growth bringing environmental pollution. And, local environmental pollution overwhelmed local resource. Also, the struggling for survival leads to unsustainable use of resources and environmental decline. Because of this problem, most countries concern for environment problem and green growth through international cooperation.
So, to resolve this problem, the Incheon city government has recently offered the Seoul-based GGGI benefits including a 10-year free lease of office space and operating cost subsidies for relocation of GGGI to Incheon city. The reason why the Incheon city government has offered that the Incheon city government expect synergy between GGGI and GCF what was relocated in Incheon city and rise in brand value of Incheon city.

2. Concept of GGGI

GGGI is a new kind of international organization interdisciplinary, multi-stakeholder and driven by the needs of emerging and developing countries. It has been established by several forward-thinking governments to maximize the opportunity for "bottom up" (i.e., country- and business-led) progress on climate change and other environmental challenges within core economic policy and business strategies. The Institute is designed to be an open, global platform to support experimentation and collective learning by developing countries seeking to leapfrog the resource-intensive and environmentally unsustainable model of industrial development pioneered by advanced economies in an earlier era.
